随着滨海新区开发开放不断深入推进,产业结构不断优化升级,新产业不断进入,对高校科学研究和人才呈现出新的需求特征,也对高校的学科建设提出了更新、更高的要求。本文从高校学科建设对于区域经济发展的支撑和促进作用入手,指出天津高校学科建设支撑滨海新区开发开放存在的薄弱环节,探讨了学科建设支撑滨海新区开发开放机制创新的有效路径,以促进滨海新区更好、更快发展。
With the continuous development and opening up of Binhai New Area, the industrial structure has been continuously optimized and upgraded, new industries have entered continuously, showing new demand characteristics for scientific research and talents in colleges and universities, and also putting forward newer and higher requirements for the discipline construction in colleges and universities. This article starts with the support and promotion of disciplinary construction in colleges and universities for the development of regional economy. It points out that the disciplinary construction in Tianjin supports the weak links in the development and opening up of Binhai New Area, and discusses the effective path of subject construction in supporting the innovation of development and opening up mechanism in Binhai New Area to promote Binhai New Area Better, faster development.
