传统的班干制度,只能培养极少数学生的管理能力,同时也耽误了这部分学生的学习时间,已不适应新课改的理念。结合多位优秀班主任的经验,开展多层次的班级管理制度,常务班干抓全班的常务工作,利用小组竞争制度让大班小班化,让每个学生都参与管理。减轻班主任负担,让班主任有更多的精力关注班级的少数关键。多层次交叉,形成立体网的班级管理,使班级事事有人管,人人有事管。
