我国满族发现1例血红蛋白G Taipei

我们在满族异常血红蛋白普查中,发现1例相当于HbG组的慢速血红蛋白变种。经化学结构分析证明该变种是β链第22位谷氨酸被甘氨酸取代。 患者男性、18岁,辽宁满族人,体格健康,无任何临床表现。血象正常。家系调查,先证者之母、兄、弟及外祖母均携带相同异常血红蛋白,均为杂合子。(?)纤胰电泳异常血红蛋白成分含量为38.0％,肽链解离电泳为慢速β链。抗碱血红蛋白0.6％,HbA_2 2.6％。17％异丙醇试验及变性珠蛋白小体生成试验阴性,为

We in Manchu abnormal hemoglobin census, found in 1 case of HbG group equivalent to slow hemoglobin variant. The chemical structural analysis proves that the variant is that glutamic acid at position 22 of β-chain is substituted by glycine. Male patient, 18 years old, Manchu, Liaoning, physical health, without any clinical manifestations. Normal blood. Pedigree investigation, the proband’s mother, brother, brother and grandmother are carrying the same abnormal hemoglobin, are heterozygous. (?)
