作者对71例Q波性和23例非Q波性急性心肌梗塞病人进行了临床表现、CK—MB及超声心动图的2年随访。结果表明,非Q波性心肌梗塞患者急性期及1年内心功能明显优于Q波性心肌梗塞患者,前者左心室收缩期末及舒张期末容量亦显著小于后者,但两者的2年测值无显著差异;Q波性与非Q波性心肌梗塞冠心病易患因素亦无显著不同。
The authors performed clinical manifestations of 71 patients with Q-wave and 23 patients with non-Q-wave acute myocardial infarction. CK-MB and echocardiography were followed up for 2 years. The results showed that patients with non-Q wave myocardial infarction acute heart function and 1 year was significantly better than Q wave myocardial infarction patients, the former left ventricular systolic and diastolic volume was also significantly less than the latter, but the two 2-year measurement No significant difference; Q-wave and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction risk factors for coronary heart disease nor significant difference.
