宣传教育是预防和控制艾滋病蔓延的有效手段,洁身自爱,不与多人发生性行为是预防艾滋病的最好方法。大多数艾滋病患者是在无知的情况下感染HIV的。宣传教育可以使人们了解艾滋病的有关知识。加强对全社会的宣传教育,不断提高和强化人们自我保护意识,尤其要加强对青少年的性教育,通过广泛、深入地宣传,使不同人群都了解预防感染艾滋病的基本知识,减少传播STDs及艾滋病的机会,降低国内居高不下的性病发病率并将HIV感染率控制在低水平,保护广大群众的身心健康,保障我国经济持续稳定健康地向前发展。
