社会的高速发展,提高了学生能力发展的要求。虽然德育工作者通过开展社团、学生会活动来拓宽渠道,搭建平台,取得了不俗成绩,但是它难以取代深耕班级管理,班干部队伍培训、管理所发挥的作用。本文结合工作实例,浅谈培养学生干部的五个关键期以及相应的引导策略。
The rapid development of society has raised the demand for the development of students’ abilities. Although moral educators broaden channels and build platforms through community and student union activities, they have achieved good results. However, they can hardly replace the role of cultivating class management and class cadre training and management. In this paper, with examples of work, five key periods in training student leaders and the corresponding guidance strategies.
