目的:研究海滨锦葵不同器官不同溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化作用。方法:利用超声辅助提取法分别得到海滨锦葵根、茎、叶、花、种子的正己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和甲醇提取物,采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝[Na2NO2-Al(NO3)3]显色法检测各提取物中总黄酮含量,采用FolinCiocalteu法检测各提取物中总酚含量,通过1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH·)、羟基自由基(·OH)清除能力,对各提取物的体外抗氧化活性进行评价。结果:海滨锦葵不同器官不同溶剂提取物抗氧化活性有差异,其中根的乙酸乙酯提取物、茎的二氯甲烷提取物抗氧化活性相对较强,其总黄酮含量分别达到49.24、53.89 mg/g,总酚含量分别为50.39、43.46 mg/g。结论:海滨锦葵可作为天然的抗氧化物质资源,具有潜在的开发利用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-oxidative effects of different solvent extracts of Malvagium marmelli in vitro. Methods: The extracts of n-hexane, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate and methanol from the roots, stems, leaves, flowers and seeds of Malva sanguinea were obtained by ultrasonic-assisted extraction. Sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate [Na2NO2-Al ) 3] The colorimetric method was used to determine the content of total flavonoids in each extract. FolinCiocalteu method was used to determine the content of total phenols in each extract. DPPH ·, Hydroxyl radical (· OH) scavenging ability of each extract in vitro antioxidant activity were evaluated. Results: The antioxidative activities of different extracts from Malvay were different. Among them, the ethyl acetate extract of stem and the dichloromethane extract of stem showed relatively strong antioxidant activity with the total flavonoids reaching 49.24 and 53.89 mg / g, total phenol content were 50.39,43.46 mg / g. Conclusion: Malvaceae can be used as a natural antioxidant resources, with potential value of development and utilization.
