研究了不同热处理工艺条件下Inconel 718合金压铸模的显微组织,并测试了该合金的力学性能。结果表明:随着热处理温度的降低,合金塑韧性减小,强度增大。基于BP神经网络构建了Inconel 718合金力学性能模型,并对合金抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和断面收缩率进行了预测。预测相关性达到0.999 93,误差均在5%以内。
The microstructure of Inconel 718 alloy die-casting mold under different heat treatment conditions was studied and the mechanical properties of the alloy were tested. The results show that with the decrease of heat treatment temperature, the ductility and toughness of the alloy decrease and its strength increases. The mechanical properties model of Inconel 718 alloy was built based on BP neural network. The tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and reduction of area of the alloy were predicted. The predicted correlation reached 0.999 93 with errors within 5%.
