柑桔下海涂,是本省发展柑桔生产的途径之一。近年来,台州地区在围垦海涂上种植柑桔的面积迅速扩大,对发展柑桔生产起了积极的作用。但是,有的单位由于对海涂开沟排盐排水的重要性认识不足,致使土壤长期不能淡化,造成桔树死亡或生长不良。为了进一步了解海涂桔园建立后,土壤盐分的分布和变化规律,明确开沟对于降低土壤中可溶性盐含量和地下水位的作用,我们在黄岩县下陈公社明星桔组的该八塘进行了定点观察和土壤含盐量的分析测定。现就试验所得小结如下。
