目的:分析孕妇孕晚期膳食营养的摄入状况与新生儿出生体重的关系。方法:选取2013年4月~2014年3月在我院门诊检查至住院待产的300例孕晚期孕妇作为研究对象。结果:孕晚期正常出生体重组孕妇平均每日摄入的总能量、碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、VitB1、VitB2、Zn、Se的量与LBW组和LBG组有显著差异,P<0.05,具有统计意义。结论:根据本文研究显示,孕妇膳食营养对新生儿的出生体重有直接、严重的影响,适当增加孕晚期总能量、脂肪的适度摄取有助于分娩正常体重的新生儿,预防巨大儿和低出生体重儿的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between the intake of dietary nutrition and the birth weight of pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy. Methods: From April 2013 to March 2014, 300 pregnant women of the third trimester in our hospital from outpatient examination to hospital stay were selected as research objects. Results: The average total daily energy intake, carbohydrates, protein, fat, VitB1, VitB2, Zn, Se in pregnant women with normal birth weight at third trimester were significantly different from those in LBW group and LBG group (P <0.05) significance.
