妊高征是孕产妇最常见的并发症,也是母婴死亡的主要原因之一。其发病原因至今不明,但基本病理生理变化为全身小动脉痉挛。目前治疗基本上针对病理生理变化。本文主要讨论妊高征的药物治疗。
PIH is the most common complication of pregnant women, but also one of the main causes of maternal and infant deaths. The etiology of so far unknown, but the basic pathophysiology of systemic arteriolar spasm. The current treatment is basically aimed at pathophysiological changes. This article focuses on PIH drug treatment.
