利用分子生物学技术,将球形芽胞杆菌(Bacillus Sphaericus,Bs)杀虫毒蛋白基因转移至蓝藻中得到表达,并利用转基因蓝藻进行灭蚊,此项技术在山东省寄生虫病防治研究所研究成功,1995年夏天在平阴县城区进行了灭蚊幼现场试验,结果如下:1材料和方法1.1转基因蓝藻由山东省寄生虫病防治研究所提供。
