随着重油催化裂化装置处理量的提高,提高产品总液收已成为亟待解决的问题,因此针对装置加工原料和相关操作参数进行了优化调整。利用减压侧线油掺混到催化原料中,掺混比例控制在15%~20%(质量分数),使原料残炭值明显降低,保持在5%以下,同时铁、镍、钒等重金属含量均有所降低。最佳催化剂微反活性控制在64~68之间,相应提升管出口反应温度控制在513~515℃之间。采用活性和稳定性更好的LDO-75型催化剂代替原来的LVR-60R型催化剂,解决了催化剂跑损问题。运行结果表明,产品总液收均值达到83.74%,较优化调整前提高2.94个百分点,其中汽油收率提高2.45个百分点,柴油收率降低0.03个百分点,液化气收率提高0.52个百分点;反应生焦率均值降低1.63个百分点,油浆产率均值降低1.01个百分点,干气产率降低0.3个百分点;2011年装置新增产值4238万元。
With the improvement of the throughput of heavy oil catalytic cracking unit and the improvement of the total liquid production, it has become an urgent problem to be solved.
