民机典型机翼结构的多层次制造成本模型研究

机翼的结构设计不仅要满足强度、刚度等力学性能要求,还要考虑制造成本因素。纵观国内外主要的成本估算模型,难以找到可以适用于设计全过程各个阶段的成本模型,同时基于历史数据的重量成本法的模型缺乏与主要设计参数的直接耦合,难以在整个设计过程中使用。而基于CAE软件的多层次成本模型可以比较好地解决这个问题。文中根据飞机不同设计阶段的特点,提出一种新的多层次成本模型的方法,并通过将成本模型直接与CATIA中的参数化模型相结合,建立多个涉及不同细节、又相互关联的递进的结构模型。 The structural design of the wing not only to meet the mechanical properties such as strength, stiffness requirements, but also consider the manufacturing cost factor. Throughout the major cost estimation models at home and abroad, it is difficult to find a cost model that can be applied to all stages of the design process. Meanwhile, the weight-cost model based on historical data lacks direct coupling with major design parameters and is difficult to use throughout the design process . The multi-level cost model based on CAE software can solve this problem well. In this paper, a new method of multi-level cost model is proposed according to the characteristics of different stages of aircraft design. By combining the cost model directly with the parameterized model in CATIA, a number of interdependencies involving different details are established The structural model.
