放火是一种社会犯罪现象,它常常是在人与人之间的关系发生恶变,由阴暗心理因素支配所致。一些人由于泄私愤图报复,常常采取放火的罪恶手段,这是值得人们注意和警惕的。
Arson is a social crime phenomenon. It is often caused by vicious psychological changes in the relationship between people, dominated by dark psychological factors. Some people take vengeance on revenge and often resort to avenues of arson, which deserves our attention and vigilance.
