目前在用于传递电阻量的精密直流电桥装置中,为消除温度对标准电阻的影响多用高精度的标准水银温度计测量温度。但是由于水银温度计迟滞性大且分度刻度值不易直接读取,使之难以实现电阻温度值的实时测量。我们在研制5ppm准确度电桥装置过程中,设计了一种在标准电阻可修正温度(18℃~22℃)范围内,具有不大于0.05℃计温误差,并可对电桥装置中每支标准电阻进行实时计温的温度传感器。
Currently used in the precision of DC bridge device for the transfer of resistance, in order to eliminate the impact of temperature on the standard resistance with more high-precision standard mercury thermometer temperature measurement. However, due to the large hysteresis of the mercury thermometer and the graduation scale, it is difficult to read directly, making it difficult to realize the real-time measurement of the resistance temperature value. In the process of developing a 5ppm accuracy bridge device, we designed a temperature error of not more than 0.05 ℃ within the range of the standard resistance temperature (18 ℃ ~ 22 ℃) Standard temperature sensor for real-time temperature measurement.
