高瓦斯综采工作面瓦斯经常超限,严重制约着煤矿产量的提高和安全生产。为了解决综采工作面割煤时的瓦斯涌出强度,利用检修班在工作面前方煤体中超前施工一定深度的钻孔,利用高压水使煤体疏松,从而使煤体中的瓦斯由吸附状态向游离状态转化。张集煤矿17228综采工作面研究表明:水力疏松技术措施有效降低了工作面瓦斯超限次数,采煤日产量得到了有效提升,工作面产尘量得到根本性控制,创造了巨大的经济和安全效益。
