随着近几年我国市场与经济的快速发展,我国企业的体制已经越来越不能适应新的竞争市场,深化企业思想政治改革势在必行。本文简要分析了我国矿山企业思政工作的现状,并就矿山企业思政工作面临的问题提出了优化措施。
With the rapid development of China’s market and economy in recent years, the system of Chinese enterprises has become increasingly unable to adapt to the new competitive market. It is imperative to deepen the ideological and political reform of enterprises. This paper briefly analyzes the status quo of the ideological and political work of mining enterprises in our country and puts forward the optimization measures for the problems that the mining enterprises face.
