先天性无胸腺而T细胞机能不全的裸鼠,对异种移植的排斥反应弱,从而可成为移植人类肿瘤的实验动物。利用裸鼠研究人类肿瘤不仅可了解肿瘤的病理生理,而且也广泛应用于治疗效果的判定方面。但是,向裸鼠移植造血器官恶性肿瘤目前尚有困难,特别是急性粒细胞白血病的传代移植,至今尚无报道。作者用先行全身放射的裸鼠,将三例急性白血病的血瘤细胞进行了移植实验,其中一例传代移植成功。材料及方法:病例1,急性单核细胞白血病(男38岁);例2,T细胞型急性白血病(男38岁),例
Nude mice, congenital athymic and T-cell insufficiency, have poor rejection of the xenografts and may thus become experimental animals transplanted with human tumors. Using nude mice to study human tumors can not only understand the pathophysiology of the tumor, but also widely used in the determination of the therapeutic effect. However, transplantation of hematopoietic malignant tumors in nude mice is still difficult, especially the passage transplantation of acute myeloid leukemia has not been reported.
