一、光面碳素钢丝的使用问题我厂生产的预应力混凝土电杆和双向预应力混凝土轻型大楼板,全部使用碳素钢丝作预应力筋。光面圆截面碳素钢丝(下称光面钢丝)的机械性能如表1所示。握裹力不足,使用时,常发生回缩致使预应力损失过大。在同一电杆或楼板中,当回缩不均匀时,则会造成制品弯曲,降低力学性能。因此,生产时不得不降低钢丝的使用强度(取110~120公斤/毫米~2),而钢丝用量也相应增加25%以上。同时,还要提高混凝土的脱模强度,这又不得不延长蒸养时间,降低生产率。二、刻痕碳素钢丝的使用效果光面(碳素)钢丝经刻痕处理后即为刻痕(碳素)钢丝。刻痕钢丝具有良好的使用性能。
