九月十日至十二日,浙江省社会科学院经济研究所邀请省、市理论工作者和部份企业家,举行经济改革理论和改革实践讨论会。这次会议集中讨论了:1.改革的基本思路和评价;2.企业制度改革;3.价格改革和市场理论。与会同志一致认为,八年来的改革是有成效的。1986年与1978年相比GNP增长102%,国民收入增长94.9%,财政收入增长98%。旧体制正在向有计划的商品经济体制转化,企业有了初步的活力。但是,改革中也出现了许多值得探讨的问题。
From September 10 to December 12, the Institute of Economic Research of Zhejiang Academy of Social Sciences invited provincial and municipal theoretical workers and some entrepreneurs to hold economic reform theory and reform practice seminar. The meeting focused on: 1. The basic idea of reform and evaluation; 2. Enterprise system reform; 3. Price reform and market theory. The participating comrades unanimously held that the reforms of the past eight years have been fruitful. Compared with 1978, GNP increased by 102% in 1986, national income increased by 94.9% and fiscal revenue increased by 98%. The old system is being transformed into a planned commodity economy and the enterprises have a preliminary vitality. However, there are also many problems worth exploring in the reform.
