如何提高肿瘤放射敏感性是目前放射治疗面临的瓶颈之一，靶向治疗是目前可选的放疗增敏手段中特异性高、不良反应小的一种方式。ErbB家族蛋白是一类参与恶性肿瘤发生发展并能影响肿瘤放射敏感性的重要靶点蛋白。本文将从DNA损伤修复、细胞再氧合、细胞周期再分布及肿瘤再增殖四个方面阐述ErbB家族蛋白与肿瘤放射敏感性的关系。“,”How to improve the radiosensitivity of carcinoma is one of the bottlenecks of current radiotherapy. Targeted therapy is a method with high specificity as well as small side effects among the current alternative means of radiosensitization. ErbB family proteins are important target proteins involved in the oncogenesis and carcinoma development.At the same time, ErbB family proteins can influence the carcinoma radiosensitivity. In this paper, the relationship between ErbB family proteins and carcinoma radiosensitivity was discussed from four aspects: DNA damage repair, cell reoxygenation, redistribution and repopulation.
