在含有0.7—1M盐酸的88%乙醇溶液中,Pb~(2+)与Sn~(4+)的峰电位分开100毫伏,峰高稳定,因此可同时测定。锡的浓度在20微克以下,铅的浓度在30微克以下,峰高与浓度成正比,且都通过零点。锡浓度五倍于铅,或铅浓度五倍与锡均不影响两者的测定。在上述溶液中,Zn~(2+),Ni~(2+),Co~(2+),Mn~(2+),In~(3+),Sb~(3+),Fe~(3+),Ga~(3+)和Ti~(4+)等均不产生波峰,Cd~(2+)虽出峰,但峰高比同浓度铅、锡低,峰电位比锡负150毫伏,不影响测定。铜浓度超过铅的两倍时,需考虑分离。
In 88% ethanol solution containing 0.7-1M hydrochloric acid, the peak potential of Pb 2+ and Sn 4+ is 100 mV apart and the peak height is stable.
