阿斯匹林是具耳毒性作用的药物。临床研究一般认为系可逆性,听力可全频率减退,对高频或更为敏感。耳鸣常出现于耳聋前,很少出现不稳感,血清水扬酸浓度常在200~450mg/L。但一些作者研究的结果颇有分歧,提出病变部位在毛细胞、或螺旋神经节细胞,或血管纹水扬酸浓度增高。Mitchell(1973)发现其影响AP,为可逆性,不影响CM;Silverstein(1967)则认为可使CM振幅降低。本文报道2例急性水扬酸过量病例,于用利尿剂之前,当时及以后测定纯音听阈、耳蜗电图、血清含量。例1为入院前4小时服阿斯匹林100片,诉耳鸣、耳聋、不稳感。血清水扬酸606mg/L,
