研究了添加硼、硅、碳的γ TiAl基自生复相材料的显微组织特征 .在压力 4GPa、温度 1 2 73K、反应合成时间 6 0min的条件下 ,通过粉末间的原位置换放热反应制备了样品 .研究发现 :Ti Al B三元合金含有TiAl相、Ti3Al相和TiB2 相 ;Ti Al Si三元合金含有TiAl相、Ti3Al相和Ti5(Al,Si) 3相 ;Ti Al C三元合金含有TiAl相和Ti3AlC相 ;Ti Al B Si四元合金含有TiAl相、Ti3Al相、TiB2 相和Ti5(Al,Si) 3相 ;Ti Al B C四元合金含有TiAl相、Ti3AlC相和TiB2 相 ;Ti Al B Si C五元合金含有TiAl相、Ti3AlC相、TiB2 相和Ti5(Al,Si) 3相 ,其组织非常相似于预先设计的组织 .在此基础上就不同相对性能的影响进行了分析
The microstructure characteristics of γ TiAl-based autocomposite materials doped with boron, silicon and carbon were studied.
