目前,思想政治课程标准修订组对思想政治课程进行了创新性的解读和厘定,即“思想政治是一门以活动为特征,在课内外围绕一定的议题,开展自主、合作、探究学习,增强体验,认同主流价值观并导向相应行为的活动型学科课程”(朱志平)。基于这样的解读,围绕议题开展的探究性学习将是思想政治课中的学生常态性学习方式,即学生的学习是以议题为纽带对学科内容有机地加以整合,形成基于特定情境的主题或者问题的学习活动。那么,从实践层面如何创设良好的思维环境,在有“可思考性”的主题学习环境中促进学生积极有效地参与思想政治课的主
