一、基本案情与审理经过 1983年6月,焦作市纺织工业局出资购买三间房屋,在当时的市统建住宅指挥部领取焦作市统建住宅产权所有证后,交由其设立的纺织工业局供销经理部(亦称纺织工业局供销公司)使用,不久,供销经理部将购房款交回纺织工业局。1984年10月,纺织工业局设立焦作市纺织实业公司,将房屋移交纺织实业公司使用。供销经理部与纺织实业公司在纺织工业局主持下签订了移交协议。1988年12月25日,纺织工业局与纺织实业公司签订“房产转让协议书”,由纺织实业公司支付给纺织工业局3万元,取得该房屋所有权。双方未办理所有权转让登记手
