为了研究超声预处理对聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝及其预氧化的影响规律,利用差热扫描量热仪(DSC)、傅里叶转变红外光谱(FT-IR)、广角X射线衍射(XRD)研究PAN原丝预氧化过程中的热性能、结构转变和微晶尺寸。结果表明,超声预处理后的PAN原丝预氧化起始反应温度降低,放热范围增大;超声预处理后的PAN原丝可以在更低的预氧化温度下形成耐热的梯形结构;超声预处理后的PAN原丝的微晶尺寸由10.39 nm增大到11.18 nm。
In order to study the effect of ultrasonic pretreatment on the PAN precursor and its preoxidation, the effects of ultrasonic pretreatment on the preoxidation of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), wide angle X-ray diffraction XRD) was used to investigate the thermal properties, structural transformation and crystallite size of PAN filaments during the preoxidation. The results showed that the initial reaction temperature of pre-oxidized PAN precursors decreased after ultrasonic pretreatment, and the exothermic range increased. The pretreated PAN filaments formed a heat-resistant trapezoidal structure at lower pre-oxidation temperature. The crystallite size of pretreated PAN filaments increased from 10.39 nm to 11.18 nm.
