由于国内净水厂大多采用常规处理工艺和人工控制投药方式,造成了人员和药剂的浪费,因此引入泛化能力强、鲁棒性好的CMAC改进算法构建净水混凝投药控制器,对不同浊度的原水所需投药量进行预测控制。利用大量现场经验数据进行训练后,将其投入实际生产进行试运行。结果表明,CMAC改进算法能够在实现准确控制出厂水浊度的同时,节省混凝剂投加量、降低净水生产成本。
As domestic water treatment plants mostly adopt the conventional treatment process and manual control mode of administration, resulting in the waste of personnel and medicaments, CMAC improved algorithm with strong generalization ability and good robustness is introduced to construct the water coagulation dosage control controller. Turbidity of the raw water required for dosage control. Using a large amount of field experience data for training, put it into actual production for trial operation. The results show that the CMAC algorithm can save the dosage of coagulant and reduce the production cost of clean water while controlling the turbidity of factory water.
