各省、自治区建设厅,直辖市建委,计划单列市建委(建设局),国务院有关部门、集团公司,总后基建营房部,新疆生产建设兵团: 为规范轻型房屋钢结构和建筑幕墙工程设计活动,提高轻型房屋钢结构和建筑幕墙工程设计的质量和水平,我部以建设[2000]126号文件印发了《轻型房屋钢结构工程设计专项资质管理暂行办法》、《建筑幕墙工程设计专项资质管理暂行办法》和有关资质分级标准,关于今年组织进行了第一批轻型房屋钢结构和建筑幕墙工程设计专项资质申报和审批工作。现批准:
