随着经济的快速增长,国家教育事业也得到了蓬勃发展,涌现出大批拥有工程师基础的高学历学生,然而专业技能型人才的缺失限制着企业及国家的发展,由此国家社会对专业技能型人才的培养提出了新的要求。高职院校顶岗实习是为使高职专业技能型学生更好的适应社会生活,将学生所学知识与现实企业相结合,通过校企合作的方式为学生提供一定的平台,为实现专业人才的快速培养提供了有利条件。然而实践过程中还是有一些问题的存在,需要我们去解决,以达到更好的效果。
