目的探讨腓骨组织瓣修复下颌骨的优点及塑形固定的特点。方法对11例应用腓骨组织瓣修复下颌骨缺损的病例进行临床分析。结果11例腓骨组织瓣修复下颌骨全部成功,恢复下颌骨的形态及连续性,术后的面部的形态较满意,大部分咬牙合关系较理想。结论腓骨组织瓣修复下颌骨缺损效果较理想。
Objective To investigate the advantages of fibula tissue flap in repairing mandible and the characteristics of its fixation. Methods The clinical data of 11 cases with mandibular defects repaired with fibula tissue flap were analyzed. Results All of the 11 cases of fibular tissue flap repaired the mandible successfully and restored the morphology and continuity of the mandible. The facial morphology was satisfactory and most of the occlusal occlusion was satisfactory. Conclusion Fibular tissue flap is more effective in repairing mandibular defects.
