目前石羊河流域的来水量无法满足民勤和凉州两个绿洲的生存,其巨大的需水量缺口只能靠地下水进行补充,导致下游民勤绿洲生态崩溃。文中利用气象数据和自然社会经济统计资料,在分析了该流域气候变暖及来水量变化的前提下,计算了目前凉州绿洲和民勤绿洲用水量现状,并计算了采用退耕、调整种植结构、发展高效节水农业技术等措施后的需水量。结果表明:即使不考虑其他的各种方案,只要采用传统的退耕、调整种植结构、发展高效节水农业技术,在不开采地下水的情况下,就可以实现两个绿洲的生存。
At present, the water intake in Shiyang River Basin can not satisfy the survival of the two oases in Minqin and Liangzhou. The huge water shortage can only be supplemented by groundwater, resulting in the ecological collapse of Minqin Oasis. Based on the meteorological data and natural socio-economic statistics, the current water consumption of Liangzhou Oasis and Minqin Oasis was calculated on the basis of the analysis of the change of climate warming and water inflow in the basin. The results show that the two oases can survive without using any of the other schemes as long as they adopt traditional methods of returning farmland, adjusting planting structure and developing efficient water-saving farming techniques without exploiting groundwater.
