近两年,湖北省随州市城镇职工医疗保险制度改革迈出了坚实的步伐。1999年11月1日,全市城镇职工基本医疗保险制度正式实施。到2000年12月底,共有51179人参加了医疗保险,占全市城镇职工总数的51％,其中机关事业单位参保率达98％,征缴医保基金1151万元,基金征缴率达98％。统筹基金和大病救助金共为1892名住院参保
In the recent two years, the reform of medical and insurance system for urban workers in Suizhou, Hubei Province has taken a solid step. November 1, 1999, the city’s urban workers basic medical insurance system was officially implemented. By the end of December 2000, a total of 51,197 people took part in medical insurance, accounting for 51% of the total urban workers in the city, of which government and public institutions took 98% of the total enrollment rate, collected medical insurance fund of 11.51 million yuan and fund collection rate of 98%. Co-ordination fund and serious illness relief fund a total of 1892 hospital insured
