带柱帽的锥形钢容器常作为高架水箱中的储水器,这种结构通常被称为“组合锥形罐”。过去的几十年里,世界各地许多组合锥形罐发生了严重破坏。早期研究集中于顶部无柱帽的纯锥形罐,而目前的研究集中于静压荷载作用下组合锥形罐屈曲性能特征。采用自行开发的3维有限元模型进行数值分析,研究了几何缺陷,残余应力及几何、材料参数对组合锥形罐屈曲荷载的影响。最后,进行了组合锥形罐与纯锥形罐的屈曲荷载对比。
Conical steel containers with a cap are often used as reservoirs in overhead tanks. This type of construction is often referred to as a “conical tank”. Over the past few decades, many combination cone tanks have been severely damaged throughout the world. Earlier studies focused on purely conical cans without cap at the top, and the current research focused on the buckling properties of the conical cans under hydrostatic loads. The self-developed 3-D finite element model was used to conduct numerical analysis. The effects of geometric defects, residual stress, geometry and material parameters on the buckling load of the combined conical tank were investigated. Finally, the buckling load of the combined conical tank and the pure conical tank was compared.
