对４６例（５２只眼）高度近视患者施行白内障囊外摘除或超声乳化摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术。治疗结果：眼轴为２６～３０ｍｍ组中术后矫正视力≥０．５者占９２．５％，眼轴＞３０ｍｍ者则视力恢复差。认为白内障摘除及后房型人工晶体植入术是治疗高度近视白内障的有效方法
46 cases (52 eyes) of high myopia patients underwent extracapsular cataract extraction or phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Treatment outcome: the axial length of 26 ~ 30mm group postoperative corrected visual acuity ≥ 0.5 accounted for 92.5%, axial length> 30mm were poor visual recovery. That cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation is an effective method of treatment of high myopia cataract
