2014年3月1日晚9时20分,昆明火车站发生了一起恶劣的恐怖暴力袭击事件,导致29名无辜群众遇难,130余人受伤的悲痛事故。学校是弱势群体的场所,也是最容易被伤害的地方,为保障学校师生生命财产的安全,强化应急能力,提高学校安保水平,成功应对突发事件,3月12日,四川宣汉县胡家镇小学刘永民校长立即决定,在全校抽调“精兵强将”成立防暴处突应急小组,并要求加强应急演练,提高作战能力。
