I am a file worker in a minority area. After last year’s leadership determined me to do this work, I happily obeyed the distribution. In actual work, I have realized that it is of special significance to do a good job of archival work in ethnic minority areas. Ethnic minorities are an integral part of the family of our motherland. In the past, however, it was subjected to cruel oppression by the reactionary rule and discrimination by the Han nationalists, which put them in a fiery and turbulent situation. After the liberation, they enjoyed freedom and happiness under the glorious national policy of the Communist Party of China.
