做一名什么样的教师才是成功的教师?从不同的角度有不同的解释说明,大的道理且不说,笔者只是根据自己教育教学工作中的所见所闻,说说个人的感受。笔者认为,成功教师专业水平方面的智商固然是重要的,可是工作中的情商却更为重要。教师面对学生,在工作中的情商,主要表现为:耐心、同理心、爱心、善意和专业情意。因此,笔者认为,成功的教师要具备“三心二意”的素质。
What kind of teacher is a successful teacher? From different perspectives have different explanations, big truth and not to say, I just based on their own education and teaching work in the eyes and minds, to talk about personal feelings. The author believes that the successful professional level of teachers is of course important IQ, but the work of emotional intelligence is even more important. Facing the students, the EQ in the work of the teachers mainly includes: patience, empathy, compassion, goodwill and professional affection. Therefore, I believe that successful teachers should have the “heart and soul” quality.
