目的:探讨胞外基质(ECM)在胸腺发育中的作用及与T细胞发育分化的关系。方法:用抗纤粘连蛋白、层粘连蛋白、Ⅳ型胶原抗体,以免疫组织化学ABC法对所用胸腺切片染色。结果:13d服鼠胸腺内有点状、串珠状ECM阳性区。胸腺内ECM表达,从鼠胚13d到19d渐增强,主要分布于被膜、小叶间隔、血管壁及部分实质细胞间;以后渐减弱且集中在血管壁。结论:ECM表达的变化与胸腺细胞进入胸腺并在胸腺内发育分化最后释放入血有关。
Objective: To investigate the role of extracellular matrix (ECM) in thymus development and its relationship with T cell development and differentiation. METHODS: Thymus sections were stained with anti-fibronectin, laminin, and type IV collagen antibodies by immunohistochemical ABC method. Results: 13d mouse thymus a little bit, beaded ECM positive zone. The expression of ECM in the thymus gradually increased from 13 days to 19 days of embryogenesis and mainly distributed in the capsule, the interlobular septa, the vascular wall and some parenchymal cells. Afterwards, it gradually weakened and focused on the vessel wall. CONCLUSION: The changes of ECM expression are related to the thymus cells entering the thymus and finally differentiating into the thymus.
