目的观察星状神经节阻滞配合针灸疗法治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法对36例周围性面瘫采用患侧星状神经节注射1%利多卡因10 ml、维生素B_6 50 mg和维生素B_(12) 500μg混合液,并配合针刺地仓、颊车、四白、颧髎、阳白、鱼腰、太阳、下关、牵正、翳风、风池、合谷等穴位,下关、翳风两处加用艾条温针灸。每日一次,10次为1疗程,2个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果痊愈33例(91.7%),好转3例(8.3%),总有效率100%。结论星状神经节阻滞与针灸综合治疗周围性面瘫疗效确切。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of stellate ganglion block combined with acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Thirty-six patients with peripheral facial paralysis were injected with 10% lidocaine 1 ml, vitamin B_6 50 mg and vitamin B_ (12) 500 μg with ipsilateral stellate ganglion, Zygomaticus, Yang white, fish waist, the sun, Shimonoseki, pull positive, wind, wind pool, HeguAnd other points, Shimonoseki, Xuan wind two points with acupuncture warm acupuncture. Once a day, 10 times as a course of treatment, after 2 courses of observation of clinical efficacy. Results cured 33 cases (91.7%), improved in 3 cases (8.3%), the total effective rate of 100%. Conclusion Stellate ganglion blockade and acupuncture combined treatment of peripheral facial paralysis curative effect.
