目的:探讨加味生化汤联合米索前列醇用于人工流产的临床疗效。方法:人工流产术后把患者随机分为两组,对照组100例,单服米索前列醇;治疗组100例,同服加味生化汤和米索前列醇。结果:阴道出血时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组小于对照组;临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但从绝对数值上看,治疗组优于对照组。结论:加味生化汤联合米索前列醇用于人工流产,缩短阴道出血时间,降低二次手术率,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Modified Biochemical Decoction combined with misoprostol for induced abortion. Methods: After the abortion, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 100 cases, single-dose misoprostol; treatment group of 100 cases, with the same clothes Modified Biochemical soup and misoprostol. Results: The vaginal bleeding time was significantly different (P <0.05), the treatment group was smaller than the control group; the clinical efficacy was no significant difference (P> 0.05), but the absolute value of the treatment group was better than the control group . Conclusion: Modified Biochemical Decoction combined with misoprostol for abortion, shorten the time of vaginal bleeding, reduce the rate of secondary surgery, it is worth clinical promotion.
