改革传统的人才培养模式,走产学合作教育之路,是高职高专教育的重要战略选择,产学合作教育是一种利用学校和企业两种教育环境和教育资源,实现课堂教学和实践教学有机结合,培养适合不同用人单位需要的高素质创新人才的教育模式。本文分析了现在高职高专教育产学研结合所面临的内外问题,根据一些院校成功案例,总结了产学结合人才培养的模式。
To reform the traditional personnel training mode and take the road of cooperative education between production and study is an important strategic choice for higher vocational education. The cooperative education between production and learning is a way to make use of both educational environment and educational resources of schools and enterprises to realize classroom teaching and practice Combination of teaching, training suitable for different employers need high-quality innovative personnel education model. This article analyzes the internal and external problems facing the combination of production, study and research in higher vocational education nowadays. Based on the successful cases of some colleges and universities, the author summarizes the mode of combining production with learning.
