中小学教师的继续教育是基础教育改革与发展的需要,本文主要探讨了目前师范院校的继续教育工作中存在的问题即:参与继续教育的中小学教师缺乏学习的积极性;新课改背景下中小学课程改革对师范院校的继续教育培训带来挑战。针对这些问题作者提出了解决问题的策略:转变观念,树立正确的中小学教师继续教育的理念;提高师范院校培训教师自身的专业化水准,加强教师队伍建设;调整课程结构,更新继续教育内容,完善继续教育课程建设。
The continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers is the need of the reform and development of elementary education. This paper mainly discusses the existing problems in continuing education of teachers colleges at present: the lack of enthusiasm of primary and secondary school teachers in continuing education; Curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools brings challenges to the continuing education and training of teachers colleges.
