目的:毛喉鞘蕊花(Coleus forskohlii)中所含的forskolin由于可激活腺苷酸环化酶, 具有强心、降压等生理作用,是近年来颇受关注的化合物。该植物中的forskolin含量低,人们期待找到高含量的品种。本研究的目的在于开发灵敏度高且快速的forskolin定量方法,应用于高含量种系植物株的选择,确立克隆繁殖法。
Objective: Forskolin contained in Coleus forskohlii is a compound that has attracted attention in recent years due to its ability to activate adenylate cyclase and has a strong heart and blood pressure. The content of forskolin in the plant is low and people are looking to find high-content varieties. The purpose of this study was to develop a rapid and sensitive forskolin quantification method that was applied to the selection of plant lines with high levels of phytohormones and to establish clonal propagation methods.
