农村的财务工作是建设社会主义新农村的重要基点,在当下时期,我国农村的财务工作还存在诸如管控制度不完善、财务人员综合业务水平不高等问题。为进一步促进农村经济的发展,提升农村财务工作的水平,本文基于分析农村现有财务问题弊端的前提下,提出了加强内部管控、增强审计、完善会计委托制度等新的措施,以期对新农村的建设有一定的促进作用。
