本文通过对φ76mm机组穿孔顶头失效状况及失效机理的分析和金相观察,找出了φ76mm机组穿孔顶头合适的使用条件,使穿孔顶头的平均寿命提高了4. 37倍,明显地降低了顶头的消耗。
In this paper, we analyzed the failure mechanism of φ76mm piercing head and the mechanism of failure, and found out the suitable conditions of using the piercing head of φ76mm unit so that the average life of the piercing plug increased by 4.37 times, obviously reducing the head Consumption.
