元月5日至8日,我省频繁出现冰雪、浓雾等恶劣天气,潭邵、潭耒高速公路部分路段积雪深达20余厘米,冰冻厚达6至10厘米。临长、长潭、潭耒因浓雾能见度仅10余米。因恶劣天气影响,我省高速公路连续发生多车追尾相撞,致人伤亡的恶性交通事故。省公安厅交警总队高支队长及时总结经验教训,研究制订紧急应对措施,全警动员,全力以赴确保省高速公路安全畅通。一是加强领导、明确责任。高支队针对恶劣天气情况提前制定了管理方案,成立以支队长为组长的领导小组,并要求大队按要求制定预案,定人定岗定责,层层落实责任。支队领导班子成员实行包干负责制,每人负责一条路段,亲自深入路面第一线,勘查地情,排查危险路段,指挥民警疏导交通。二是加强路面巡逻,完善管控机制。支队要求各大队严格实行24小时巡逻制,对各辖区内的重点路段、重点时段实行重点巡查。各大队普遍采取
