良好的睡眠习惯,对幼儿身心的健康发展有着重要影响。近两年来,在幼儿午睡的管理工作中,我们发现幼儿不良睡眠习惯渐呈上升趋势。主要表现在:幼儿入睡慢,大部分幼儿上床半小时以后才入睡,甚至个别幼儿根本不午睡;睡姿不正确,有俯睡、蒙头睡觉的现象;睡眠时存在一些不良习惯,如在床上玩耍等。 幼儿为什么会产生这些不良睡眠习惯?他们在家里睡觉情况如何?能否家园结合,采取措施予以纠正?我们带着这些疑问,对我园100名
