勇于自我评价,大胆自我剖析,是邓小平伟大人格魅力的突出体现。邓小平既是一个中国共产党的优秀领袖,也是一个可亲可敬的长者,他以实际行动很好的处理了做人与做官的关系。在新的历史时期,全党同志特别是各级领导干部都应该像邓小平同志那样,光明磊落,大公无私,摆正自己与人民、自己与集体的关系,发扬党的批评与自我批评的优良传统。
Brave self-evaluation, bold self-analysis, is Deng Xiaoping’s great personality charisma prominent embodiment. As an outstanding leader of the Chinese Communist Party and an honored elder, Deng Xiaoping handled the relationship between man and his official well in practical actions. In the new historical period, all party members and especially leading cadres at all levels should, like Comrade Deng Xiaoping, be upright and unselfish, square their own relations with the people, themselves and the collective, and carry forward the party’s fine tradition of criticism and self-criticism.
